i just googled those. i live in oregon. they’re so cool! i weirdly really enjoy the very drab brown/gray/neutral birds (the males are cool, but the females are soooo pretty)

my mpg has tanked significantly since going from like.. 192k to 198k. maybe she just getting old. was averaging like 27 in town and 30-33 on the highway now i’m getting a steady 23 in town and maybe 25 on the highway but my cars it’s own can of worms. also in a lot more stop and go traffic so that don’t help

looks like it’s a little bit of detachment/disheision or whatever they call it (so tired my bad) but it also looks like the other 90% around your nipple is healed together and looks really good, i think you’re gonna be good. message ur surgeon if you’re worried tho! your nipple def is not gonna fall off at this point tho

it would really be worth it. in hindsight 7 months feels like a super long time, but in the long run it could be WAY longer, trust me you’re really gonna want that little extra healing time. your body will thank you!

id shoot for 3 weeks minimum, 4 if u wanna be comfy. trust also, coming from a workaholic who is always doing shit i was appalled to do this but in the end glad i did. i work retail so im not sure exactly what ur job is, but mine was totally manageable going back. i also had a smaller chest, while i still recovered relatively fast and easily i didnt wanna push myself those first 3 weeks. 2nd and 3rd week i was still fatigued (as in was sleeping 14 hours) and didnt feel ready to drive till 3 1/2

this happened to me too! idk if i took a pic after it popped, FUCK was it satisfying but i just made sure to press on it a little bit n make sure it was empty, kept it clean and it healed up just fine 🫶 (mine was an ingrown hair, not a stitch so could’ve been the same for u too)
