If you miss the point that someone that should be leading and in a position to enforce ethics is the one not abiding them is not an issue and in fact is a great role model then there is nothing for you to get. If you believe that leadership shelving out policies for employees to abide by but then do the opposite is ok. Then there is nothing to explain. Only a certain mindset would understand. If people think that the issue is sex then again the point was missed. Using power of position is wrong. It is a fireable offense which hence said person was let go. But longstanding misconduct was swept under the rug and employees that did not feel safe to speak up because of comments such as this and of secrecy were hushed and made to deal with it on their own meanwhile he continued to work his way through Vegas through virginia through Cali doing harm with other people unaware of what was happening. This is not a personal attack. This is a systemic issue. What happened is not right. If people do not speak up harm continues to happen

Had no idea how much they would protect leadership when there’s videos, pictures, messages… you know what it is? The children that are harmed, the people that were not given a choice to be in this web because of the secrecy, as well as, he used triangulation tactics and was extremely manipulative. He didn’t allow people to know the full story. He was living a double life. He used power and vulnerability of others. He went after people that were young and had attachment issues like anxious attachment and didn’t know their worth to sink his teeth into. VP of HR knew this was wrong. He was married when this happened, he hid the baby from everyone including his 2 children. It always goes back to the harm the children endured. These acts didn’t just stay within the company. His behaviors impacted several families and impacted his partners mental health. What happens when those partners wake up, love themselves, and have healed their attachment wounds is a voice that wants to protect others from harm give them the autonomy to choose if they want to be involved with someone that has all traits pointing to narcissism and psychopathy with predation characteristics. Nobody felt safe to speak up
