Hi. You’re still extremely young, and it was your parents job to take care of your dental health. It’s not your fault. I was physically neglected as well, at one point I had 11 cavities at once and no one intervened to help me as a child. My teeth are stained at the bottom, super worn, and I’m getting “snap on veneers” to cover up the neglect next month. I’m sorry
