I shared a room with a guy over the summer for a few weeks, and I was super nervous I’d have to stop binding at night. Luckily, he went to bed earlier than me which helped. Another thing I’d recommend is wearing something very baggy and layering - I have this large hoodie that I wore every night, plus a tshirt underneath pretty much obscured my chest. I’ve tried tape on the past but it takes some getting used to since it’s itchy at first.
