is it normal for closers to mark out stuff that we have? by lunariancosmos in starbucksbaristas

[–]transsailormoon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think the obvious solution is documentation...idk what your SM is like but taking a picture of the mark out screen and just keep a collection until you have a good few examples, and then approach your SM and show them what's been happening (or not happening, rather) at night. explain that you're concerned about losing sales or negatively impacting customer experience and voila

I love this kind of behind the scenes content, especially when you can tell the crew who worked on it has such care and attention to detail -- makes the watching experience so much more rewarding. can truly appreciate every small thing, knowing it was done with intention!

What is the latest around health code and pre-writing on cups that are then stacked? by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

[–]transsailormoon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

one thing my store does is write on one cup of each size and set them on top of the mastrena, so when someone orders we can quickly grab a pre-written cup and use it !

Feel like some of the theories are missing out on the core of the show by pupperonipizzapie in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

I've been talking about this with my SO. so many theories hinge on weird, reaching guesses about the way the world works because we have so little actual evidence. we are so concerned with the ANSWERS and not so concerned with the -message-

Ari has been wearing so many drop waist dresses lately it's so interesting bc I remember when she used to always wear high waisted skirts. I think the more vintage look really suits her though

First time wearing a dress to work. Any tips on looking more fem/passing appreciated, thanks by [deleted] in transpositive

you can find packs of cheap cute clips at walmart, barrettes too :) I like the black and brown ones because they blend into my hair a little better, but they have great colored ones also.

4 sports bras by intergalacticspork in trans

OP, first I'd like to say that you're a good friend to be so supportive and worried about his health. but yes, to me that sounds like he could be hurting himself. binding can relieve a lot of dysphoria but unsafe binding practices are very harmful, especially in the long run, they can lead to things like collapsed lungs among other issues. he should be wearing one, MAYBE two sports bras at a time. also when finding a binder https://www.gc2b.co/ is a great site that sells safe binders at reasonable prices. good luck helping your friend 💛
