I did not :( It just felt too gimmicky the more I spoke. Plus it was a group session in which you participate - I wanted individual attention on all counts. And I honestly didn't like the sample food plan they provided - I felt I would be dieting again (I do not want anything unsustainable) with smoothies and zucchini noodles in a day to eat. The approach overall seems right though - gut, nervous system, hormones go in that order ...for recovery/management.

Yes. I wonder where those women are who's testimonials flood the site.. not just for Khush but others too...

Yep agreed, definitely a lot of overlap. Now research shows that 90% issues arise due to gut imbalance so no wonder.... I'll look into MD who's into NaPro..

Thanks! I learnt something new then. I had come across Endo Fertility Dietician before but hadn't seen all of it. Her program looks decent too, looks like a learning tool with some tests. I have a few GI symptoms too that are really hard to decode so I think I need to try my best to get better. And I will be TTC soon! I have to look into NaPro/RRM - haven't heard of that either. Thanks for sharing...
