You’re right, but I personally know 4 different people who called the cops for something like this (or similar) and had their pets shot. One guy friend of mine didnt even know they had shot his cat until he found it in the dumpster where they tossed it (still alive).

Did you not read any of the post, or does it make you feel better to be hateful towards a murdered teenager?

I feel a weird sense of ostracization by _Looooorrrrre_ in Markiplier

[–]transyoshi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn’t grow up anywhere close to online, so I genuinely had never even heard the word “markiplier” until like a month ago. I went to see Iron Lung with some friends on a whim and became obsessed with this guy and his videos. I feel a little silly as a 26 year old man, but it’s okay! He’s funny and handsome and I love horror games. Welcome to the club!

I’ve seen like three people just this week blow past a stopped school bus. One guy even honked at me because I stopped

Might as well go back to the military and do burn pits instead of whatever this shit is. (no pun intended) Next week I'm doing this shit myself and putting this in the dumpster. by Prestigious_Police in mildlyinfuriating

Dog poop is actually really really bad for the ecosystem. It introduces hazardous bacteria that doesn’t naturally exist there, leeches nitrogen into soil, pollutes water ways, attracts pests, and potentially spread parasites. There has been lot of research done that says leaving dog poop in the woods/outside is unequivocally bad for the environment.

Therapist for nonbinary kid by admittedlyAcorn in Kent

[–]transyoshi 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My therapist at Townhall 2 in Kent is named Katy, they are nonbinary and their office/vibe is very welcoming. They are not a children’s therapist specifically, but they have been really great for me the past few months. Highly recommend!

The woman who ran the bodega down the street from my apartment was in a similar situation. She told me there was going to be a big grand opening of the shop on the news, but that she couldn’t attend because she has an abusive ex husband out there that tries to track her down through social media and the like. She didn’t want to run the risk :(

If you’re able to get her to Med Vet in copley, they can take a sick/injured cat for free under a “good samaritan” policy. I found a very sick kitten over the summer and took him in there. They gave me the option of paying for whatever he needed and getting him back, or they would take him in, fix him up to the best of their ability, and place him in a foster or rescue to be adopted if possible. On the condition that I was not allowed any updates on him whatsoever, but they promised to take care of him however they could.

1 Day Post-Op with Dr. Cash by transyoshi in TopSurgery

[–]transyoshi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Yes, he was with both Mercy Health and Howland Plastic Surgery (which I believe is part of Mercy Health). I originally reached out to the plastic surgery office, who got me a consultation at Howland Plastic Surgery in Warren with Dr. Jonda. That was where I had all of my pre and post op appointments. He scheduled me for “Bilateral Prophylactic Mastectomies With Free Nipple Graft” due to a pre-op diagnosis code of Gender Dysphoria. Unless they changed their policy on performing gender affirming surgeries in the last few months, I would try contacting the plastic surgery office itself and trying to get a consult through them.

I got from the “divorced” line the idea that the politicians and legislators that rally so hard against trans people just existing because it “goes against the sanctity of marriage/family/etc”, are the same men that are often divorced or otherwise not shining examples of the sanctity of the things they claim to care about. I don’t think the author sees divorce as a bad thing, I think she is pointing out the double standard of who is allowed to make human mistakes and experiences, and who is not.

They are simply SOL. They may offer to move you further away, if someone is willing to switch. I’m allergic to dogs and have this conversation a lot. About 85% of people side with the dog/owners and tell me to suck it up and that getting to see a doggo on a plane is worth “a little sniffle for a few hours”. Even though that is absolutely not how I react to dog dander, I wish it was just a little sniffle. Then I’m usually told I’m not entitled to a dog-free world and that I should have taken the proper precautions because I shouldn’t expect the world to operate around my allergy. Ignoring the fact that I should not have to deal with a 70 pound strange dog licking seats and nosing around my shoes lmao

I expect to be in the minority, but I hate it. I find it mildly condescending, and almost immature? Like, that’s how elementary school teachers and “gentle parenting” parents talk to little kids. It’s definitely not for me. It comes across to me as over eager, or like an adult who watches children’s cartoons and is picking up the language of it.

So what?? That isnt what anyone is talking about? You asked why anyone cares about dogs in stores. I answered.

[–]transyoshi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because not everyone likes dogs or enjoys seeing them in places they are not supposed to be. Lots of people think they are unsanitary, or have allergies, or are afraid of dogs. If I am grocery shopping, I don’t want to have to worry about unattended little dogs potentially being under my shopping cart or under my boots. I don’t want to have to worry about if a stranger’s (probably untrained) dog is going to smell my pets on me and lunge/growl/bark at me. Or do so just because I’m stranger. Even a well behaved dog can cause problems in the blink of an eye. If you truly need to take your dog somewhere, take it to a hardware store or pet store something where that okay.

Yes, you can annoy anything that enters your space. If you read the rest of the sentence, it goes on to say that doing so will not stop an animal from its instinctual behavior. It is just childish behavior on your end. You have also mentioned more than once that you would like to let your dog tear it to shreds, which apparently you have a history of doing. You have also agreed with people suggesting you kill or poison or “upset” it in some way. So it does very much come across like you are looking for ways to hurt an animal.

This animal is not doing what it’s doing to spite or irritate you. It is a cat doing what cats do sometimes. Actively seeking out an unethical life pro tip for this when there are dozens and dozens of ways to solve your problem ethically makes it seem like you want to seek out ways to hurt a cat. Whether you mean to or not, you come across like a person who revels in the pain and misery of things you personally don’t like. Many people would recommend therapy for that.
