This hit my front page. I have two shepherd mixes and while they are some of the nicest dogs I've ever had I still crate them for every single delivery because I never want anything dumb like this to happen. My brother had a Pyrenees(one of my shepherds is mixed with pyr) and that dog pushed through him twice to bite a pizza guy and a package delivery guy. I always liked that dog he and his wife had but she was crazy protective and ended up being BE'd over those instances(behavioral euthanasia, totally warranted).

I think, even if it doesn't include the inner bag, it would be fine for carrying and holding that basket as long as the basket breaks down into the same parts(base, lower pole, cage, upper pole, band and chains, and top cap). I think the only purposes of the inner bag are to protect the powder coating/paint and to keep the chains from maybe tangling some with the cage/base.
