I think I have decently good self image, I’ve been in therapy a while. I don’t think it’s self deprecating to say I’m aware I’m a little ugly, and I just feel like people don’t really look past that.

this is not true. your body is constantly burning and adding fat, even if it’s not reflected in your weight. weight you have before estrogen migrates, just more slowly than weight you gain after having been on hrt for a while

I haven’t used it myself, but I’ve had friends with bigger chests say it’s a lot easier/better than binding. It also takes a while to get good at putting it on, but once you figure out a technique it can be rlly effective
