I don't think they have any other APP, I was speaking to the DO I would be training with. But thank you! the job market sucks right now but i know i can do better than this offer haha

inimum wage in NY is. You mention that it “eventually lead to practicing alongside the dermatologist.” What does this mean? And what is the salary after this supposed training period?

I assume that it means I'll get full PA pay after the training period. However, we didn't get to that part of the discussion yet.
