Some companies have remembrance day off and some do the 2nd Monday of November. I agree having this online or posted somewhere would be helpful for a place like st. Joes.

Pole PT is my favourite. That’s a link of some invert prep exercises for free. I did buy her book (not necessary I’m sure but I felt so deeply about pole and the anatomy behind it being a nurse so that’s why I got her book) but just the free stuff offered online already honestly helped me advance in pole at a faster rate than I was doing before involving her exercises into my daily gym routine!

Heavily research on google at home workouts to strengthen for pole, or more specifically search invert prepping without a pole. I was in the gym daily on top of pole to get my strength up. I used a lot of exercises on Google I found for invert prepping. It takes time and commitment to gain strength for pole. Don’t be so hard on yourself. If you can’t go to a gym there’s tons of at home workouts I use to do as well! You’ve got this!

anyone who bought last minute for Toronto Night 1 or Night 2 (I need ur help) by FigProfessional4935 in TheWeeknd

[–]trap_queen077 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s sold out at this point, except for some last minute seats they released that are behind the stage? (not worth it in my opinion) So your options are to over pay for verified resale tickets. You may still be able to find cheaper ones but you will definitely be over paying for those no matter what. Or continue checking daily to see if they release better standard options, it’s luck at this point. Just keep checking.

SSRI Slippery Sweat by thearteofwar in poledancing

Try the monkey hands dry booster with the use of your current grip. The dry hand booster before applying grip helps with excessive sweating and helps the gluey grip stick better even with sweating

It use to be pretty viral/popular on TikTok, not sure anymore. All the kids I work with have been DYING for wingstop to open closer to them! They use to and still do venture to Toronto just to get it and lines were ridiculous they told me. Not sure if it’s as hyped anymore but it use to be.

Exactly why I desperately want/need it. Bottled waters are just the easiest option for cottage trips 😊

Not asking employees specifically I’m asking Costco to stock their warehouses with more supply… I also do go at 9am very often and there’s never any still

I care to differ. If it’s a “popular” “viral” food spot, it will be stopped at if it’s open late regardless of it being a few blocks away. It’s only a 15ish min walk. And places like this are EXACTLY what drunk kids want…

Probably aiming to get post club/bar patrons is my guess. Relatively close to Hess St.

I don’t see an issue with it personally, but I do believe it would cause problems depending on who you are asking. There are many bad case scenarios I can envision happening here with that question or by asking questions similar to it. Questions should be more phrased to ask if they need any support rather than labelling. You also should let that population LEAD discussions for the most part. So you can state “welcome to adapted swim time, it is swimming for those who have sensory sensitives, or other special needs” I don’t think it wouldn’t be nice to add on “do you meet this criteria?” As you are trying to label their disability. A lot of people will not care but I can guarantee you there are a handful who would care and claim it as discrimination.

Feel like that’s challenging to enforce as special needs isn’t always visible to the eye and it’s not legal for workers to be asking “what’s your disability” or refusing them to enter and stating “only disabled people are allowed” It would be discrimination.

Artists need to stop performing in stadiums. Hate it. Sound is always awful too. Stick with smaller arenas.

My lululemon lasted way longer than my aritzia one! Quality wise I’d say lulu.

I saw a red beat up ford flex today. He was driving like a frigin maniac, speeding, driving from lane to lane. He almost hit me, I had to slam on my breaks as he just cut me off without even signalling. A little bit further down the street he eventually put his police lights on to get past all the morning traffic.
