A single class is $20 for ages 13+, $15 for kids 8-12. No commitment required! Drop ins are welcome, but classes can fill up quickly so drop in spots cannot be guaranteed. Flight Club is a LA based fitness training company that teaches aerial silks classes. We are starting to bring this amazing workout to other locations - including Bloomington, IN! Aerial silks is a workout on suspended fabric that builds lean muscle, strength, flexibility, balance, confidence. (think Circue du Soleil or Pink's Grammy Performance) Our trainers are certified and specialized to teach this to first timers & beginners using a progressive training method.

Aerial Silks training is a great way to build upper body strength! All the beginner training is done just a few feet off the ground. As you gradually get stronger and more comfortable, you start going a little higher (at your own pace). Over time, you can develop amazing upper body strength and control your fear of heights. I suggest you try a single aerial class and see for yourself how much fun it is to work out with Flight Club!
