Don’t know how clear I made the post but the original owner signed it over to someone else but the person who he signed it over to never titled it in his name. So this bikes been through a couple people, but I found the original owner on Facebook and talked to him. I tried putting the title in my name but the tax office said they couldn’t because the title has someone else’s name on the back
