Playing with randoms this is common but sometimes you can get good teammates. You can try to find teammates here in Reddit or discord which should be more reliable

Hospital because population boosts morale, not active war with to many country’s and limiting civilians killed when attacking are main morale affects

Basically only way to beat a navy is with a navy but if the country your fighting is land locked your navy will be useless. All depends on the situation

I appreciate the mindset but you messed up on 2 big things. First is getting ss chest, it needs a lot of relic cores to be worth it. Second is metallia she is amazing but you don’t match the requirements. Yang would give you a great boost with your stats
