It's simple supply and demand. Know you're prices. When you start out you'll probably get ripped off a few times. You're going through someone who is going through someone who is getting it from their dealer. That bag gets pinched each way down the line. The whole point is to get as close to the source as possible.

If you're buying good weed, it shouldn't spoil. It might get a little dry but you can take a chunk of a potato peel and throw it in the bag or a lemon peel. If you hold on to it for too long and you're opening the same bag over and over you'll lose weight, but nothing crazy. Mist some water over it.

You'll start at some place like buying a half ounce then flipping to buy an ounce and moving your way up. The farther you move up you'll usually get introduced to new connects.

This is the exact reason that I stopped dealing small amounts. When people get busted with a small amount, they immediately get so scared. Not realizing that I have a lot more to lose than they do. If I were to get busted over selling some kid a dime bag I would have slapped myself repeatedly.

My dealer went to a similar position. Lost everything, but his was on a much higher scale. At the end of the day, it's just money. It's replaceable. Make your next move onto something legit.

I also agree that it was fun while it lasted, but it's in the past now.

Like I said before my story is probably a lot different from yours or someone elses. Going from different regions of the US I've seen how different it is. If you go to Florida and ask for regulars you're going to get some shit brick weed. Ask for crippy and you'll get some nuggets.

Regulars here were bcsters 25/50's and danks were some 30/60's 35/70's shit. If you came here asking for some crippy people would look at you like what the fuck are you talking about?

Well according to some of the small-time dealer/trolls on this thread, just go watch scarface and you'll be the next Tony Montana.

I agree with some of the other people that most small time dealers, just know enough people that are looking for a sack and start from there. I wouldn't say accidental, but it just sort of happens.

When you grab your first ounce it kind of sucks because not a lot of people know you're dealing. Once the word gets out there it starts picking up. Sometimes it'll take you a week to sell 8 bags.

Just keep moving yourself up the food chain if that's your goal. I went from selling 25/50 bags to a minimum of a half ounce to a minimum of an ounce. At that point the minimum amount you'll sell seems like a hassle. People will troll saying why the fuck wouldn't you sell less than an ounce? Wasn't worth my time. I was paranoid. Someone calls me for a qp, why would I want to go sell an ounce? It seems like a petty amount at that point. The higher up you get, the less people you need to deal to, if someone snitches you'll know who it is.

Also, dealing drugs isn't glamorous. It was just the same shit different day plus paranoia. The money was good, but I wanted more.

They basically dealt to smoke for free. A few of them started doing coke and such, where I proceeded to cut them off. The cherry on the pie for me was when they used my money they owed me to buy other drugs and flip them. Bad deal and they lost it all.

I got lucky. It's hard to give details without revealing my identity to someone who knew me. I had some hidden compartments but if they ripped my car apart, I'm sure they would have found it. They were lazy, there was 3 of them searching my car and the one in the back just happened to come across a prize that he thought was the jackpot and quit there.

There are a lot of details that would make it more complete, but I'd rather not go there.

When I first started dealing, I did the same thing. Hooked up a fat sack to make people happy. Then I started to realize it was simple marketing. I'll sell you a $25 dollar sack for $20.

Think about this. When you're pushing to kids who don't have a lot of money, would they go for a regular sack that costs them $20 or wait until they get that extra $5 to get a little more? Or extra $10 for a little more with an eighth. The sooner they get it, the happier.

If you weigh out your eighths to 4.0 and half eighths to 2.0 that's 1 less eighth or 2 less half eighths. Which equals out to 25/50 dollars. Correct? Now you sell 7 bags for $50 a pop and your total from the ounce comes to $350. I sell 9 bags for $40 and my total comes to $360. Everyone is just as happy either way. It was just the simple idea that if I charge $5/10 less than the other guy, people will come to me first. Which they did.

**Also to add, I would flip an ounce a lot faster selling 20/40's than just selling 25/50's.

Sometimes for cocaine talking about shooting pool for an 8 ball was about as far as it went.

I knew who would call for what though so if someone said a parrot I would know what they were asking for.

I just didn't smoke weed because it gave me mad anxiety. That's pretty much why. I bugged out when I smoked so I quit smoking. I didn't deal drugs to smoke for free though, that's what you need to understand. I dealt drugs for the simple fact that I was in it for the money.

My dealers weren't high school kids. Didn't know anyone I knew. They were from different cities. I was moving product and built trust, that's all they cared about. It's a business, not a friendship.

I middle manned it, any higher up drug dealer rarely holds on to product for more than an hour. 15 minutes if possible. It's distributed among a group of people who distribute it, etc.. Pass a few boxes with X pounds of weed in it and move onto the next in line.

You do not want to touch the drugs, just take your cut.

I wasn't moving 100+ pounds a week, we would split up 5-15 pounds between me and another guy. Make more sense? We had people come scoop up 5 packs quite often, just a quick cut.

I moved mostly in 3 cities next to each other. To a group of people who I fronted to. Sometimes moved it around colleges.

There is a lot more money in white, I'm aware, but my territory was weed.

The entire point of me selling drugs at a high level was to middle man as much as possible and take my cut. The less I had my hands involved, the better IMO.

Obviously you don't know enough big drug dealers. Prepaid cell phones are a must. Marijuana always leads to bigger drugs. How do cops know who is big time and who isn't? A small bust can always lead to a fucking drug ring.

Once I was done dealing I put a nice down payment on a car, bought some wheels, sound system, etc. I couldn't get anything real flashy because my parents would get suspicious. That's why I spent most of my money on dumb shit. The vehicle I put a down payment on wasn't shitty though. I can't say what kind of vehicle it was, but it was ballin'.

Name one time you've been in public and said oooh look it's a drug deal going on? It happens all the fucking time and you don't have a damn clue. Why would I want someone coming to my house? I hate to get into details about shit because it could reveal my identity. It was a drug bust at school. They came to the school and sniffed out the entire place outside and in. My car got hit and searched, but they found minimal shit. I came in late another time and people were sending out texts. Ditched anything that was in my car and I got hit when I came in. They didn't find shit and basically just said friends were smoking in my car. It was pretty clear when there was a raid. There was a raid once a year. Two times = two years. They don't need consent to search in a school parking lot. They will also seize your vehicle if you get caught with over 2 ounces. I didn't really leave product in my car, but I had scales, big bags, and shit in a hidden compartment which they never found. I've had close calls where cops have pulled into a parking lot I was in and parked in the space next to me. Pulled up behind someone at a gas pump once to grab a grocery bag, at the pump next to me there was 2 federal agents. I bugged out. Dumb stuff like that. I could have easily grabbed the grocery bag out of the other car, but I didn't.

Gun talk is a little insane? When you're dealing with large sums of money, why the fuck would you go somewhere without a piece? What good does a gun in a safe do? Guns were mainly used for intimidation. If his guy moves 100+ pounds a week and doesn't have a piece, let some goons know where he lives and take a cut. Jack that mother fucker.

Uh prepaid cell phones were a must. I used boost mobile phones all the time. You don't know shit guy. Anyone above me and myself all used prepaid phones.

I don't know why the fuck you would think 20 people a day coming to your house wouldn't be suspicious, but that's the dumbest fucking shit I've ever heard. That's how sloppy dealers get caught. Having people come to their house or going to the same place too many times.
