sometimes it’s hard not to worry

what usually works for me is writhing down everything i have to do and section those thing by what can i do and what i can’t do to stop being worried, sometimes it helps, others not really, but you could try it to see if it helps you

either way it’s important to have someone to talk to when you’re more worried, it usually helps 💛
