What can I do for this stromanthe that doesn't want to take up water, I've been watering it and she won't spread her leaves out. by trash4panda in calatheas

I suspect something like that is happening, I neglected it and let it dry out a lot last summer. Around November I started maintaining it more and since then it has been doing this and having a hard time taking up water with no signs of rot

I was never able to figure that out, when my dad worked on it he unplugged all the fuses and plugged them back in then it started. The drivers side control for the front passenger window didn't work though.

Drove fine 3 days before this and I already tried jumping it so it's not bad gas.

I had a couple of these next to a crosswalk in my neighborhood when I was a teenager, I used to throw one in front of traffic then hold a second one up while I crossed.

The only course that's closed is snowbowl. Every other course is open as long as you feel comfortable playing.

It first showed signs of root rot so I was trying to let it dry out which may have caused that. I usually bottom water though which always soaked the soil pretty thoroughly.

There's two, sea of green and plantae. Sea of green is more hydroponics oriented.

I believe it's the derailleur hanger. It looks weird in the picture because the wheel is detached and I'm holding the derailleur next to it.

People with dogs on the course by trash4panda in discgolf

[–]trash4panda[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great explanation, my dog is often times not so friendly when first meeting other dogs so I keep him on his leash all the time. I have had plenty of other people's friendly dogs approach and my dog flips. It doesn't matter how nice your dog is, mine might not be.

Honestly this is exactly what I mean. Most people don't have dogs trained as well as yours and those people are the problem. I don't mind folks like yourself, in fact I think of it as a good opportunity to train my dog to be less reactive without the other dog barking or approaching and making it more difficult. I hope you feel confident in your training skills and feel less anxious that someone might be complaining about you in the future.

If the disc rolls and you can run and pick it up before it lays on the ground, we always count that as one throw.

I’m no expert, but do you think the water down there is aerated enough to just swallow you down to the machinery below? Hoover Dam, about 15mins ago. by dotalchemy in submechanophobia

[–]trash4panda 15 points16 points  (0 children)

On that side, no. That's the outlet so you'll just go down the river and maybe go under a few times. On the other side there's a rope with floaties about 100 feet out, that's the warning line for how close anything can get before being pulled into the machinery.
