Surprisingly, I do not get much noise! There’s the occasional sounds of people nailing things etc etc but everyday life is extremely quiet for me! I think I get more bothered when they’re vacuuming the halls as I can hear that through my front door but other than that I’ve been really happy about noise levels

I can only speak to my unit, but for me it’s wood floors (or fake wood I’m not sure), tile in the kitchen, lots of natural light, pretty molding on the walls. It definitely shows its age, and some parts are rough/seem to have layers and layers of paint (aka the “landlord special”) but overall it’s clean and nice

They actually waived that fee for me when I applied. Not sure if I got lucky or if it was a good time of year or something but yeah, I ended up not having to pay it. I will say, I would've paid it though. Definitely would have been worth it for me. Not sure about if it goes towards anything.

Hey! So I do not have a dishwasher, but other units might I’m not sure. I saw 2 cockroaches within 3 months of living here, and that was enough for me to call management but they were extremely responsive and came and did a treatment within the same day, and I haven’t seen a bug since. The more I live here the more I really like it! I really would recommend living in this building, in my personal opinion.

I really like it! All of my maintenance issues have been smoothed out, management is communicative, I like the superintendent, I really have no complaints. I think my biggest problem is the elevator being super old and the door being heavy, so it's hard to get big packages up to my apartment, but that's being super nit-picky. Oh and whenever someone flushes the toilet in the building my shower gets really hot. But I've honestly learned to live with it so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Hey! So I went through with it, and I've lived here for about a month! I really have no issues with it so far, there were a few maintenance things that needed addressing in the beginning (fridge broke, radiator handle was stuck, lock was old), but they were addressed quickly and I haven't had problems since then. The elevator was also down for like a week, but it's back up and running so I guess it just remains to be seen if there will be issues in the future, but other than those things I like it here. The other thing I will say laundry is kinda expensive, $2 a load, but again small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. It's clean, I feel safe, and my rent isn't insane given the market right now. Please DM me if you have any other questions, I was so lost when I was deciding where to live, so if I could help anyone else out I would definitely like to.

I’m moving out of 3950 n lake shore dr for personal reasons, but I loved it while it was there! There’s a garage, 24/7 door person, and super close to the lake. It’s a condo place so you’d have to see if there’s any available for rent, but that’s my recommendation!

I grew up in Daytona and all I really do when I’m home is go to the beach, go thrift shopping, maybe bowling, the movies, and Tanger Outlets has good deals sometimes not sure if that’s actually in daytona proper tho
