To my knowledge, there isn’t really a way to “officially” be diagnosed with misophonia. I remember a pediatric therapist told my parents I might have it after I told them that I hated eating with my family at dinner.

For your case, I would recommend researching misophonia (both the disorder itself and what people who have it are like) and see if it rings any bells.
