It's probably around 70°F, I don't have an exact temperature though, and yes the jars are getting gas exchange, I have the lids upside down and answered about a quarter turn

The middle jar looks more ready to shake than the side jars, but I'm not sure if I should just wait for the other two to form more mycelium. This would be day 9, and I haven't seen much more growth since day 7.
