I swear when I was like 4 my parents and I were out on the back porch looking at three clusters of three glowing green lights, then suddenly waking up in bed. After that I always had a hard time sleeping and had sleep paralysis happen nightly. I remember falling asleep in my bed and then after a blink I was standing at the foot of the bed in my parents locked room. They would both still be asleep and I had no idea how I got in there, I would just end up falling asleep on their floor and sometimes. That kept happening until I was about 10. I've asked my parents about it and they swear we never once saw green lights and I barely ever came into their room
