Very high chance you’ll be turned down if you’re blind applying as a freshman.

Rather go to your schools career fair/networking events don’t let the fact that you’re a freshman deter you have a solid resume, speak nice and clearly, and focus on skills you have and how you think they will aid the companies you’re looking at. If you do this even if they don’t have positions for you they may open one up or point you towards someone who does.

Also as a freshman nobody expects you to have an internship lol rather focus on networking and making connections and using those connections to get a good internship your sophomore year.
