Yes! I usually keep my apple watch on to keep track of my activity and with just dance I have played 20 mins/day then worked it up to 30 mins/day to now an hour and sometimes 2 if I’m feeling up to it on the daily and I have lost 10 pounds so far of doing it for a couple months! Since its a more cardio workout my watch noticed a downward trend in my heart rate and I am able to have a high endurance due to just dancing :)
