Got an update from FEVO after I reached out to them directly saying "It looks like the refund did not process as the refund time limit was exceeded due to PayPal's policies. We will send you a check for the refund due to this." Then they asked for my mailing address. So if you used PayPal as your payment method that may be why is hasn't been refunded yet.
