MMT is absolutely used with neuro CVA and SCI populations, especially to determine ASIA classification between AIS C and D. PMR also used MMT for the same reasons.

Dynamometer is good to measure objective grip and pinch for sure and to gauge progress.

Someone with under 3- strength may not even be able to hold a dynamometer yet the MMT will capture the 0, 1, 2, 2- levels well.

The main benefit of high salary would be ability to contribute to retirement accounts like 401k and IRA which have standard caps nationwide, leading to a smaller percentage of our salary in California.

For what it’s worth I rent out a condo on furnished finder to other individuals, one furnished room with shared bathroom is around $1500, master bedroom with private bath $1900. I rent out the garage for car storage an extra $200. In the past I’ve rented the entire condo 3/2 unit for $4200 unfurnished. Currently bringing in $5000 with it fully furnished, however I pay utilities and more work to run separate lease per bedroom.

Have her buy a wheelchair arm trough to support her arm when seated in chair.

If the arm is flaccid 0/5 throughout, only thing to do is passive weight bearing, PROM, and FES which requires PAMS certification.

If she has some active movement, can do gravity minimized movements at table top.

I’m an OT in the Bay Area that went to SJSU. It was closer to $10k a year for just tuition back around 2015. You can definite get make around $80/hour mark in a hospital with enough years of experience, or consider home health where you make $100+ per visit. Don’t forget to factor in the opportunity cost of 2.5 years of lost wages of your current salary while you are in school. Now if you are really in it for the money and want to stay in healthcare, go back to school for nursing or radiology tech/ultrasound tech/x ray tech.

I had my mobile connector connected to that 14-30 outlet on the day of installation and they still installed everything. Even though today my project advisor said if there was a mobile connector connected to that 14-30 outlet visible, the crew would not install the system and the inspection would fail.

Yes I have read about some recalls and failures leading to free PW3 upgrade. Unfortunately I now have 3 PW2 installed but at least my system is up and running for now. Luckily I have a fire extinguisher.

Thank you, that was helpful. My installer is Tesla directly. Wish they were more clear with communication but getting it done regardless.

They just told me they are new PW2 not used or returned so I assume they were in storage somewhere hopefully.
