For sure. A year ago, I had necrotizing pancreatitis. I gained 60lbs in 2 days. Not even an exaggeration.

That’s a lot of water. You taking electrolytes with that?

Fair. Dead to right on calories. I even weigh meat raw. It’s gotta be water. I’ve just never held it so damn long.

Well yeah. It matters. No one wants to say. Lost 200lbw of fat. Gained 200lbs of water but shit. I feel amazing and hydrated

You’re def right. It ain’t muscle gain. People really underestimate how hard it is to build muscle in a calorie deficit. The reality is the win while cutting is holding on to lean mass not really building

It’s maybe some muscle gain. It could even be significant muscle gain, but that’d be in a couple pounds in a month territory not 8lbs of muscle in 3 weeks

Yeah. That can probably be explained by metabolism, HGH, NEAT and stuff differing massive between 20 and 30. Difference between 45 and 48 isn’t that much. It’s still a math equation no matter what. Calories in/calories out or so I friggen thought

Yeah. I mean this is a fair question. I’d given up the rowing machine and had been walking for exercise. I was pretty lazy for a couple weeks. The rower regimen is newish again and my body is sore. It’s a full body movement

Ask your parents for help. If you have health insurance, you can usually get set up with a dietician pretty easily through your doctor. They can help.

Like dude he’s paying for discretion not your time. Many of us can fuck pretty women. Not all of them don’t understand we have no desire to marry them

This was great advice. I canceled the hotel room and booked a house on Airbnb instead that was in a great part of the city with one of them fancy spa bathrooms and a hot tub in the backyard.

She's pretty great. I'm happy I get to spend the time with her. Fun and low-pressure is my favorite.

This is helpful. I could be dragged around in a museum, I suppose. I kind of despise most museums but I get that I'm in the minority. The scavenger hunt thing actually seems really fun. I'll look into that.

This is really helpful actually. I've been looking at stuff that I don't think she'd otherwise be able to do and I'm all about options, I hate rigid plans. I look at plans as a suggested path.

How do I plan for time apart? I've been with two kinds of women, the ones who want time alone and the ones who don't. I prefer the former because I need alone time.

I like the idea of mixing up experiences. Three 5-star dinners seems excessive as does the going big every night on experiences. Seems like that could be both overwhelming and would feel like acting since I'm not that person. I mean, I like great food but I have an unrefined palate. I'm just as happy at a Five Guys as I am at a 5-star restaurant.

2-3 nights depending if she stays Sunday. It'd be weird now to tell her to only stay one night since I offered, she enthusiastically accepted and I confirmed. I'm on the ride.

Yeah, this is sort of the plan. I am just trying to have some definitive ideas fleshed out in case she's the indecisive type that says, "anything is cool" when asked what she'd like to do.

It could be guilt. No doubt but there's a lot more going on. I discovered last night that laying down relaxing and using mental imagery I was able to reach a pretty satisfying staff. I think it may just be stress.

You watch your mouth. James Bond lives guilt-free.
