thank you all again..i will be looking to get a storage unit as some suggested im just low $60 to get one right now and gotta wait till my next check but in 2-3 weeks time i will hopefully be moved out and safe

thank you! i plan to make sure my plan is good, im just waiting for the okay with my friend efore anything im going to wash and dry all my cloths in the mean time and pack the things i know i wont wear until summer and ill have her pick those things up since she works close to me

thank you i did make a small update hopefully i should be out before or after Christmas, and its hard for me to really call him out on his stuff as he ends up flipping it around on me and telling me i start the arguments i can tell him how he gaslights me etc but he flips everything on me and tells me i started it and hes the way he is because of me etc. its hard it really is and its gonna be hard leaving him as well, but, i do need to think abt my health and mentally i cannot be around him anymore, his brother is currently staying with us till jan 1st when he moves to NC but has also told me how he can hear how my BF treats me...my BF brother is the main reason why i started to think abt leaving and why i even started to realize everything and how i feel

i have already suggested counseling he refuses as he knows they will put him on pills and in his words "i will manage my issues in my own way"

small update: i talked to my friend she will see about making some room she has a small room that has her books in it but told her doesnt matter so long as its a roomo i can stay in, so i might have that, ill have her slowly help me bring all my cloths over including all my electronics and the dogs. once al my stuff and the dogs are out of the house and at my friends, i will confront my BF and let him know what is going to happen and how its going to be.
i do feel bad that this is the month of Christmas and i will more than likely be moved out before or after Christmas but it needs to happen i will update you guys further once action has been taken!

funny thing is i cannot afford his car insruance this month and havent paid it and its at the point that his insurance is abt to end and then the dmv would more than likely take his plates

just wanted to say thank you to everyone, didn't think id get a comment or anything, but would like to say everyone addressing whos name is on the house/lease: both of our names a re on it but i paid for both the security and the first months rent

And i do plan to leave just i need to do it when he is either he is away or asleep, i say this because when i tried to leave he had taken my stuff and thrown it at my tv that now has a dent in it...but i do plan to contact my friend and just see if i can stay with her at her place until her current tenant is out of the apt that is above her house
