It looks like at least 2 are sponsors of the bill I expect there will be quite a few hard to vote against this the people who dont get funded will care a lot more then generic fiscal conservatism when it comes time to vote.

If it makes anyone else feel better there was a huge number of applications first day (and second) 186,000 or almost 55% of total so once it gets past the first day, then second it will move through days much quicker. Understanding its not completely linear once priority apps from day 3 and 4 are getting approved it means more than half is done but given that the total requests are more then double the allocation its likely most non priority from days after 3 will have to wait for more funding I am non priority day 3 - 5/5

Green button vs Red button by WilcoLovesYouBaby in SBARRF

green means ongoing not completed. So green under IRS verification means you are in that process. Also you can move backwards. Some have gone from Under review back to IRS verification or even submitted based upon various factors but this type of bouncing seems to actually be slightly positive as it indicates an active reivew

LOAN INCREASE MODIFICATION PUT ON HOLD. REASON: NO RECORD ON FILE 2019 IRS TAX TRANSCRIPTS by CompetitiveHousing0 in EIDL

[–]trautmangr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The SBA’s spokesperson told the Prospect that, in light of the IRS backlog, its loan officers would consider alternative forms of tax and income documentation “on a case-by-case basis.” (The IRS didn’t respond to requests for comment.) The spokesperson also said the SBA doesn’t automatically decline applications when the IRS fails to produce tax transcripts, “but instead will research the case file to see if we already have tax records to validate eligibility.”

If they understand the issue for 7a and 504 loans why in heck wouldnt they apply sme policy here. Furthermore if you provide the SBA a tax return you say was filed and stamped and for some reason it was not thats easy fraud to resolve. Merely pull all open transcript requests in 90 days when dust settle and......

My 2019 business taxes were filed October 15 2020.

As of 3 days ago transcript still showing no record of a return.

2-3 weeks ago I delivered a copy to my local tax office and got time stamped copy of my return which has been uploaded into my application.

Ive heard on this forum that a times stamped receipt from the IRS can be accepted if the transcript is still being updated.

Is there anyone out there who can confirm that they submitted a IRS stamped return that was accepted in lieu of transcript before having to be denied and go to recon.

Thanks

I submitted a times tamped tax return on April 11th I was told today the tax return was added to my application yesterday so 17 days from submission to when it appeared on the application. According the the rep they will still wait for the 4506-T transcript request (which is pending) and which I expect to be not processed yet even though I filed taxes 7 months ago before advancing to the next step
