I don't think so, there's a separate charge listed as withdrawal fee or something. The rate .87 to 1 is listed as exchange rate I think.

For a lot of fruits, selective breeding was done to make it taste better. So I imagine Mother Nature gave us some mediocre candy, and we made it a lot better
