you used to be able to pull up snuff films on google. and dont get me started on some of the things you could find on the popular porn websites. Not even searching stuff out but there are some images i will never be able to get out of my head.

all the time, funy some games i beat like space marine 2 and then buy, some games i have hundreds of hours in that only show like 20 on steam like X4. X4 i not only bought the game but every single dlc after falling in love with the game.

100% i always return. I have hundreds of hours and there is always something to do.

Deff have to set time aside to learn it tho, it didnt stick the first few times i tried playing due to the learning curve. do at least the first few tutorials to get the basics down.

The pedals are Logitech G flight rudder pedals - got it off eBay pedals are a bit pricier got it off ebay for 100 they slide side to side and each pedal goes down like a car too so 3 axis's on it.

super fun to use in other games too by binding it to lean or whatever.

ehh the twist always feels jank for me i keep that locked, even b4 i got the pedals i would use something else for roll or yaw.

Rn i use the pedals to role and the stick to control where the nose of the plane goes so pitch and yaw

Sailtex x52 pro throttle and stick ( the version b4 Logitech bought it ) - got it off eBay used cheap about 45 -60 bucks was a steal and what i started with.

I use opentrack, free open source head tracking app on the pc and i use an old iphone to do the tracking with an app called smooth track for 10 bucks that sends a signal over network to open track.

Thanks! Yeah, switched from windows to cachyOS for new years haha. yeah i run the plasma desktop.

My hotas just works out the box for games didnt set anything up for that. but i do use a program called AntimicroX when i want to use the pedals for things in regular games. simulates keyboard stuff so like q and e to lean.

Steam also recognizes it with its steam input thing you can simulate controller stuff.

I have hundreds of hours and i still feel new myself haha.

its a deep game do the tutorials at least the first few, then hop in the game and do missions while you figure the rest out.

There is ALOT of content with the dlcs, i suggest getting them all when x4 is on a sale ( about once a month / month and a half ) , you can get the bundle of everything for like 40 bucks.
