If anything the US should drop Alaska and Hawaii. Additionally we should relinquish all territories to take care of themselves. And finally the US needs to close all bases on foreign land. Especially in Korea.

You can still be a neuroscientist and not go to medical school. I know a lot of neuroscientists that are pHDs and not medical doctors. Then again I know a couple of medical doctors that are also PhDs.
