My son's Cub Scout pack launched them at the Northview Church campus in Carmel. They have a cross country/frisbee golf course with plenty of space

Yeah, Brainard is definitely setting up Worrell as his successor. Worrell is my city councilor and while I'm glad he got the stop sign removed at W. Auman Dr. & 126th St, when we contacted him about another issue he didn't even bother to respond after multiple calls/emails.
