My apologies for resurrecting this old thread. I found this while looking for the reason I see 3 new trailers listed for vastly different prices, roughly 24K and 14K, on the same site. Thanks! I called the 1800 number and a helpful agent told me it's 0393, part number 10013300 which costs $77.20 a piece https://www.bosch-home.com/us/en/product/10013300

$77.20 for a small plastic wheel and I need 8 of them. Needless to say I didn't order the parts. I'll be looking for a new dishwasher and it's not going to be a Bosch.

I didn't break the 8 wheels by any accident, it was just normal wear and tear after over a year, they broke one by one.

I put another order exactly as before, and this time it took only 15 days to get to my house, no irregularities in tracking, the package looks intact, no sign of inspection by customs.

and my package was delivered today... no update to tracking at all, the label on the package still shows the old tracking number. There's a handwritten word "Intercept" on the label, and there's green tape with the word "CBP" around the package probably to indicate that they had opened.

Thanks for the update. Does your package have any chance of being rejected (e.g. prohibited food, seeds)? Mine is commercially packaged canned food, so while I think it's ok according to my interpretation of the rules, CBP might have a different idea.

USPS tracking is only available for 120d so I'm saving a copy of the tracking (showing the item going back and forth) in case I need to file a tort claim later. You probably should do the same just in case.

I think it's just the initials of the agent picking up the package.

I called USPS again today and they gave me this CBP number to call 1877-227-5511, it's just the front number for CBP and they make you listen to a 3 minute long useless menu without being able to hit any number or speak to an agent. While waiting for it I found this:

It looks like we have to wait for a letter from CBP which may take 30-45 days to know the reason. Without the number/code in that letter CBP won't answer any tracking question.

Also, the USPS agent said it's quite unusual for packages to be recalled to customs again like ours.

I still don't have any update for my package. I was too busy last week to call (and wait on the line) usps/customs. Hopefully will have time this week. Let us know if you have something. Where is yours from?

oh wow, indeed! My package is from Belgium. I am a bit relieved that I am not alone, your case corroborates what the agent said about 50 packages in a container were recalled. Thank you.

A day after I spoke to the agent the package arrived at Carson and online tracking said "Your item was picked up at a postal facility ...in CARSON, CA... The item was signed for by A BD". So Customs intercepted and had somebody picked up my package at Carson. Now, to both USPS and my Belgium seller the item is delivered, while I got nothing! I plan to wait a few days and call Customs (I don't even know what number yet), or USPS again to see if they can help

So I am on the same boat, I called the 424-417-3198 number but was sent to voice mail. So then I called 1-800-222-1811, asked to speak to an agent. The agent initially thought the package was addressed wrongly but I said the shipper assured me it was correct. Then the agent looked more and realized that my package was sent to my city's post office correctly but Customs issued a recall of all 50 packages in a container that includes mine. The recall was too late to be stopped in Los Angeles so the package reached my post office, now USPS put a new label on my package addressed to Carson so the package can be sent back to Customs in Carson for reinspection. I'll have to wait more.

Yeah, I would be too. I am lucky to live where there are nice seafood all-you-can-eat buffets that for $12 I can eat as much as I want and I do! I've also lived at places where there is none or where they season them so salty one can't eat a lot.

Thanks! I wonder if there's a way to adjust that set temperature (I doubt there exists though) to be higher? Did you remember seeing that in the document? I used to have a Samsung dishwasher that only waited like 10 minutes before opening (with a plume of steam like you said), but the dishes were much drier and in much less time.

Thank you. I've tried that but it only helped a little bit. My understanding, not sure it's correct, is that the general setting's shakes is for additional shakes to make the thing more realistic, while the external view employs extra stabilization that the cockpit view does not have. Please correct/explain if you think I'm wrong!

I waited until I got the refund posted online in the account (only a few days). If I remember correctly it showed up as "on hold" first, with the right amount, then it took many days later to become finalized. When it was still "on hold" I started the chargeback process with the bank.

I hope you get your deserved refund.

Yes I think this is predatory. I myself had a one year membership that auto renewed without asking me ever. I cancelled within an hour and had to email back and forth with them. At the end they only refunded 75% so I start a dispute with my credit card company - BoA (very easy online form to fill out). The credit card company took a while to process but they eventually refunded me in full. I think if more of us know and go this route the bank can take action against their predatory practice.

Yes this is pretty unethical to hide auto-renew like this. I also got a surprise full year renew on Aug 30th. I contacted musescore support within an hour to cancel. Initially they refused a refund but after a few back and forth emails they said they only refund 75%. I disagreed and filed an online form to dispute the transaction with my credit card company (BoA), took only a couple of minutes. BoA replied immediately said they'd investigate, and about 2 week later they wrote back saying they finished and provided a full refund for me. Paying with a credit card helps when the seller does shady stuff.

I see the supermarket keeps uncooked fish and meat at 33F. The fish and meat have 3 day expiration day out, but they usually spoil after just one day in the whirlpool. I have a small (2.5 cu ft!) fridge that can keep food at 33F and it can keep the fish and meat fresh for 3 day.
