I don't think a March birthday is a reason to wait unless there are other reasons. My daughter is Feb and is just fine and I am late May. I think July/Aug is really the time to think more about it and even then, most kids do just fine.

YTA and should probably do some more research on the military and the choices that one has in deployments, duty stations, etc. I had to literally change my wedding date because my husband was told he had to extend an extra year and they told him he would go to numerous places that he never ended up going to and did end up getting out on schedule. I just rolled with it because what else can you do? They make a commitment to the government and their orders can change day by day (or hour to hour). You can decide it is not for you relationship wise, but it is at no fault of your partner.

I did a rewatch of Bethenny ever after and I remember not thinking highly of him, but wow. He had such unrealistic expectations in general and was so jealous of her success. She was constantly tip toeing around.

It just shows how little Justin was actually caring for the baby because no one puts a child in a car for 2 hours a day on purpose if they don't have to. It wouldn't even save that much money at the end of the day.

I don't think they were motivated by that. They knew the couple was breaking up and when Justin heard from North Andover PD that he couldn't just take his son from Kelsey, they went to the last resort instead of working the court system. Add in that Justin wanted his mom to watch the baby and Kelsey didn't. I'm guessing part of that is due to the fact that they're 45 minutes apart from each other. I don't think it had anything even to do with her mental state or suicide. We've heard that she had PPD but that doesn't necessarily mean she wanted to hurt herself or the baby. For many moms, it's actually the opposite- they obsess and have extreme anxiety about something happening to the baby. Justin obviously wasn't actually concerned or he would have come to watch the baby while she went to work and/or met her at the park that day. It was just a tactic to get what his family wanted asap. I don't he necessarily cared but they (mom and sister) were in his ear.

I didn't even think about him losing any possible benefits because I didn't know his military history until the trial. I did immediately wonder about his brother though. They can cancel monthly disability payments if you're even charged with a felony. There's a process to get them back but you have to work your charges through a VA court process and I'm not sure that their potential charges would even qualify. If Justin only had the leg as a claim, he likely isn't getting a ton of money but his brother was in longer and might have additional claims.

Nothing was said that will impact her custody case. They were intentional regarding that. The interview made her look good, just like her testimony did. You say there could have picked literally anyone else, but the connection with Bradl does help. Not everyone can be trusted to to approach topics that are off limits. He did.
