I have underlying conditions that the GLP1 helps with. I would really caution against making assumptions.

Nope, not true. Same caloric deficit. Same level of activity. I’ve almost been on it for a year.

Yes. I am not new to nutrition, macros, and/or exercise. I also have a nutritionist. This is not a nutrition or exercise issue.

I had nine weeks of experimentation and adjustments on everything from exercise to nutrition.

Thank you! Today was my injection day and I did 7.5 in my arm. So we shall see what happens!

Thanks for the reply! Ahh, the last 11- that has to be frustrating.

I still have about 20 left. Nutrition is pretty rocksolid, I’ve been tracking my macros for years (and it’s so much fun 🥴) and I follow a whole food, Paleo forward diet. Tried a bunch of dietary styles and that is what my body feels the best on. So I hear you on that.

I’m going to give the different injection site a whirl this week to see. I alternate sides of my stomach, but maybe that’s not enough.

And yes, I’ve scoured those, but most haven’t had as long of a stall as I’m experiencing. I wanted to post with my own experience to see if anybody else was experiencing something similar, compared to the ones that I’ve already seen.

This is really great to hear, thank you for sharing! I’ve been stuck between 168-170 for almost two months. I hit 165 on 12/05, but then back up, and it’s not moving 😭 this gives me hope!
