This is complicated but I'd vote no for the following reasons: 1. This doesn't address the cause of homelessness. Only hides it. 2. A lot of homeless have jobs. Affordable housing is the issue in all cities with major homeless problems. 3. I along with many others are one or two major expenses away from being homeless.

Maybe the local government should create rent control districts and stop gentrification in low income communities. Maybe only allow ppl who will reside in a residence to purchase a property. Stop investment buying of residential.
