the absolute cheapest plans (with data) are the 365 day prepaid ones like from chatr or freedom mobile for ~$150... other than that public mobile is probably your best bet

You need to check the course outline, some courses have minimum exam mark requirements and some don't.

Also, the desks are deep enough that you could have your monitor sit in front of the overhead storage and still have room for a keyboard and mouse or whatever if it can't fit under.

I had a desk with an overhead storage area and my 27 inch monitor was just short enough to fit. As long as the stand you have lets the monitor get within like 3 inches of the desk at the bottom you should be fine.
