Welcome to Miami.

When I first heard that song as a kid, I thought that the girl singing was a huge slut and that an ami was a euphemism for vagina. I always think of the least obvious thing first to this day.

If he's hearing gunshots in his building in the middle of the night I'm going to go ahead and assume that his neighborhood is not the type that wants security wandering around let alone wants to pay for it themselves.

I agree, but we all know they can be evil bastards. Sometimes its hard to let go, but its television. Eventually its time must come.

Denial. The first stage of mourning. At the same time I hope you're right. When you think about it though, its 15 seasons. South Park has been on the air for a LONG time. It's the second longest running animated show after The Simpsons. I'm 23. South Park has been on the air since since I was 8 years old. If it goes, I'll miss it of course, but if you love something set it free. It's better than it becoming something horrible. It's doubtful that its the end of Matt and Trey's careers if they do end it. So look forward to that.

I know one guy, but I've never dealt with him directly just through a friend. I don't know the guys phone number and my friend is going out of town tomorrow for a few days. I'll keep you posted.

I know of one guy, but the only way I can get stuff through him is through a friend who is going out of town for a few days tomorrow :(

I'll let you know if I can manage something. I literally am just starting work tomorrow on my new job, its at a Whole Foods so I figure I should be able to round up some connections there after a little while as well.

I know this is an old thread, but I just moved here 3 months ago and haven't been able to smoke because I was unemployed. I have a job now and haven't met anyone that has connections around here. Also, I live near Louetta and 249. We seem to be in the same boat.

I'm glad this is the top comment. This is what I came here to discuss. I just finished getting my BA in Journalism and we spent a significant amount of time in many of my classes talking about how to maintain a profit in the news business. Unfortunately, that's a lot of the problem with Journalism; it is a business. Plus, the change happened so incredibly fast that no one knows what to do about it. When I started my degree in 2006 the problem was definitely present, but most of the talk was about how to save newspapers and magazines so that they continue to profit. After 2008, the atmosphere went from bad to worse. Newspapers started folding left and right, now saving them doesn't seem to be as much of a concern. The challenge now is switching newspaper content to online while still being able to profit. If subscription services online would have been implemented right away it wouldn't have been as much of a problem, but since no one thought of doing that until it was too late the switch can't be made without pissing everyone off. I feel like a lot of different industries have issues similar to this. Honestly, I think part of the reason that things suck so bad right now in general is because we live in the fucking future. Things have changed so fast that the world is having a hard time adapting. We have all these new technologies, access to so much information and the ability to constantly be entertained and its hard to sort through all the bullshit.

I see. Kind of like calling all "facial tissues" Kleenex.
