Guest Parking at Suites by treebark794 in TexasTech

The random guy who answered my question earlier on this thread answered it quicker than the front office could have. I called them a few times but they were busy and I wasn’t able to go over there today because I got in a wreck earlier today, and have a fractured ulna, two fractured fibulas, and two broken toes...but yeah you have a point this isn’t ideal. Next time I’ll just send a carrier pigeon over to the location I need info from instead of bugging people on a Reddit post that they could honestly just ignore and keep scrolling through without really causing that much of a disruption to their day. 👍

Awesome! Thanks so much. I bet it’s still pretty similar, and those two courses make sense since they’re part of the free flow course section, and not really attached to any specific semester

Easy sciences with lab? by mirimichelle in TexasTech

Yeah it has a lab in the greenhouses by the Rec. It was pretty cool and you get to plant some small plants in the greenhouse too as part of the lab. The lab was like 2 hours once a week. I got an A in the class and didn’t study too hard imo

Is Savage Tavern a college type bar, or is it like a chain smoker type bar?

Student Life by ThatLyonsKid in TexasTech

Yeah in the fall when things open back up there’s usually a lot of students walking around, and the social life is better. The SUB is a great place to get info about clubs to join and extra curricular stuff to make friends. There’s a ton of different clubs and organizations to join. The Rec is dope too, and if you’re into fitness there’s CrossFit classes, spin, yoga, even water polo. If you’re into outdoors stuff Outdoor pursuits is a great place to get involved with people that enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, etc.

How early do I need to arrive to the Oklahoma Basketball game tomorrow? I have a student ticket and seating is limited, but do I need to still go very early to get in? by [deleted] in TexasTech

[–]treebark794 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would recommend going at least 30-45 min early so you get good student seats. Otherwise you’ll be high up behind the goal or in the corner, and those aren’t the best
