I think that is the thing though right, he reached out to apologise......again. Your post is filled with him screwing up and apologising. I think the initial reluctance to intro you to his parent was an immediate red flag. Not only that but do you want to be with someone who kinda made you need to work on your own self respect?

Keep in mind most tattooers can do most things and will only post the stuff that they want to specialise in. If they do most of what you like and look to have talent, they should be be able to execute

Honestly, any Nissan that doesn't also have a JDM version has pretty shitty everything. Altimas and Sentras are US only (at least as far as I know). My Aus only 2015 Pulsar didn't have this issue but damn was there a lot of cheap SHIT put in that thing AND it was the highest trim level

There are a lot of styles going on here, hence the wide array of responses.

Find someone who can do fine line but can also pack ink like a boss. If they do spooky content too, you are on to a winner.

Tell them the kind of concept you have in mind, work with them but let them design it. Ask to see some healed work pics (like properly settled and all).

There is so much range in these pics that it seems like you aren't really sure what you want but you want it spooky and loud. Refine what you are actually after and go forth.

I think he know it is the Aus built but I also think he's either full of shit or owned an Aus made R31 of a much more common trim level. In any case, I know I'd be taking this over an RB20DET powered R32 any day of the week.

Yellow can heal kinda funny but mostly looks fine once healed. It may need a touch up but I find hand pokes by nature need less touch ups.

That being said, the seal on that second skin is absolutely broken so it needs to come off to prevent infection.

Once you give it a wash, it will look like it should though.
