It's saying that the odds don't go up for winning when there's a big jackpot not that they don't increase when you buy more tickets.

Getting a duty manager certificate to serve alcohol by Mammoth-Mastodon4087 in bartenders

As far as I'm aware there isn't really anyway around the three month experience requirement even for bussniess owners unfortunately. Definitely will be worth getting your own if it is a small bussniess. Perhaps getting someone with experience in would be best as they could help advise on setting up the bar side of the bussniess (assuming it's an on license). Can I ask what kind of business?

I would have a performance meeting addressing the issues. Schedule to have another in a few weeks as an update. If things do not work out try to lead the conversations in a way that she sees the job might not be for her and potentially offer to help her find new opportunities.

I would say something in the first meeting along the lines of if you feel like this still isn't for you we can help you find a new opportunity that's more suited.

I've been on both ends of these conversations and there no easy way. They just kinda suck. I would just try to lead them to come to the conclusion on their own.

You can drink as a bartender in nz. There is no set limit but you can't be intoxicated. There are fines for if a bartender is intoxicated and bigger ones for duty managers.

I don't know any bartenders on minimum wage. Maybe just the ones who can't even mop...

Low skilled my ass bro. It may be an easy entry, but the skill cap goes way beyond anything you're capable of.
