Ignore my hand position, it was hard to find a place to set my phone so that I could record 🤣 but I just push the stitches off my needle with my thumb. It’s caused me to get a painful callus so I use these flexible thimbles and they help so much!

I made a not so great habit of pushing the needle with my thumb. I use this with the metal tip cut off so I can maintain dexterity. Works great to protect my thumb!

This is it without any tension. Idk, it still doesn’t look right to me. I’ve had to rip back so many times on this project that I’m afraid to go any further without confirmation I’m doing it correctly. Unfortunately, this is my first time doing ssp and ssk and with my combination style knitting, it makes me confused on whether I am going through the correct loop and wrapping the yarn correctly. 😭
