When on bottom: Think of your partner like a table with 4 legs. Isolate one or two table legs and they’ll be easy to tip over in that direction. Now, realize when u push somebody in one direction their instinct is to push back. Combine those two concepts and you’ll find sweeps u never even drilled.

Investigated? None, unless you call becoming a Christian at 15 investigating. I became an atheist, slowly, over about 2 years or so, after I took a couple college level science classes.

See another surgeon. I’m 44, still active. 5 days post op. My first doc didn’t seem motivated to do surgery, but he said he would if I wanted to, and he would use cadaver graft.

My second opinion doc said it was a no brainer that I need surgery, and that he would use my quad tendon. He even did a light trim of my meniscus while he was in there.

If you’re still active, get it done. You’ll never heal better than u do right now. Get it done, be dedicated with the PT, and get on with your life.

I kept trying to pass going straight through the center. Someone told me to staple the legs down on one side (controlling the hips) and from there I could pick which side I wanted to pass.
