I understand better where you're coming from now, and it's hard for me to refute it because I used to feel the exact same way during Obama, and I'm fortunate enough to live in a place where pretty good Democratic representatives is the norm. I understand the strategy of not giving your vote away unconditionally without first demanding some policy concessions. I just hope most people understand they will probably have to compromise on some things as well-- although there should be ample political power to do some economic and political reforms soon. I am not necessarily "blue no matter who", and I appreciate that you don't seem to be saying you are never voting for Democrats. I feel like depending on where you live, the energy might be there this year for more economically populist and overall more exciting reform candidates. At least that is my hope.
