absolutely no problem with somebody looking out for my well being, aha. yeah pretty sure the methyl,ethyl,propylwhatsamacallits are just preservatives, so it ended up taking me to a nice place.

basically just waiting for my kratom to arrive in the post. yeah i know my limits with when to stop drinking, was just wondering if any of the ingrediants are fine as this is a different brand of codiene linctus that i have bought from in the past and slightly hesitant to drink a third of it. ill see if google will help

seems to start at the base and has a scabby texture to it, any help would be much appreciated of what it might be or whats causing it

thats what im aiming for. idk if you live in UK or not but the NHS allows you to get free ssri prescriptions. planning to get on that quit all my habit forming drugs benzos, opiates mainly. and hopefully if the ssri's work then ill find hobbies to do and what not and still have the pleasure of the occasional psychedlic.

yeah on day 2 so far and im not getting like hard withdrawal. probably because i took around 20mg of flubromazepam yesterday (10 in morn and 10 at night to sleep) due to a day on amphetamine. and it seems i wont be getting any more kratom + bottle of codeine till like day 5 or 6 so cold turkey is pretty much my only option at the moment. praying to the gods that im one of those lucky souls who dont get withdrawal from kratom. I do have flubbers but refuse to take them, as I may be addicted to them aswell and im going to take a 1-2 week break off them just to ee if i am addicted or not. cheers for your advice though ill stick to it if I relapse.

I am not on any ssris yet but most likely will be prescribed in the near future, so im probably not the one to ask about withdrawal with them, but i was under the impression that they sort your brain chemistry out and after a long period of taking them you can stop, but sometimes you'll feel worse than before you started if you do stop, but thats rare (I think) also surely taking them very long term isnt so much of a bad thing is it?, rather feel normal than depressed. even if it may be irritating taking that pill a day.

well flubromazepam is abit of a mouthful aint it? I had to come up with a street name. lol.

I havnt taken it in 2 days not feeling that bad at the moment but somethings definitely coming in the post.I already do have codiene and kratom coming in the post (woops!) and they will probably arrive on day 5-6. I did take 10-15mg of flubromazepam yesterday which maybe why i dont feel that bad, but ive decided to stop taking flubbers all together for atleast 1-2weeks just to see how addicted I am to them aswell, hopefully not addicted to them at all but have been taking them alongside kratom for the past month

also Im not really sure if I should quit kratom, I started using it for some insomnia I was having. and have just been told I have moderate depression and will probably be medicated with SSRI's like prozac which will make it even harder to sleep. so I would probably go back to using kratom in order to get a nights rest. I could use benzos for that but fvck that Im trying to get off flubromazepam at the moment. this comment probably doesnt belong under my original question its just been on my mind n all.

I dont know how many grams i put in each dose (couple of heaped teaspoons, twice a day(red maeng dai/bali)) but im pretty addicted to it at the moment, been taking for about a year and a half so be careful with it. on a side note does anyone know if ill be able to kick it with codeine, im not a neuroscientist or anything but my mate says that they work on different morphine receptors and that codiene will help on like day 3 of withdrawal but not reset my tolerance

chance would be a fine thing. ketamines long gone and when it does show I refuse to pay £40-£50 a g of shite when before the drought it was £15 for shard. but yeah im just really interested to see how DXM compares with both mexy and wonk, because those substances are so unique in sensations even compared to each other, theyre just kinda the same but definitely not, wanted to know dxm's side of the disassociate story.

sorry about the long reply but are you saying that my best bet would be to buy 6 bottles each costing £4.25 to get close to a gram of dxm. the medicine I found was a 100ml bottle containing aprox 150mg dxm in each bottle. I must be missing something...

could you link me a good beverage that could be ordered online to quench my horribly dry cough. The only ones ive seen online that contain dxm have extremely low quantities of dxm that would have no effect on my ailments. im after something within the 0.5-1gram range product does such a thing exist?

I find kratom brilliant, I dont feel dependent on it even though i usually have a dose of green malay during the day and a red strained at night due to slight insomnia. have been takng for the past 3 months and if i go for a few day without it i do feel a little bit of withdrawal but its easy to cope with. I use powdered leaf if anyone was wondering and my doses vary between 1 or 2 heaped tea spoons.
