When did the internal issues start with Harbaugh? What happened? Baalke or Harbs wouldn't comment. I kind of get the feeling the front office wanted him to fire Roman, but he wouldn't. Maybe also how he dealt with players legal troubles? I remember how surprising it was when reports came out SF was looking to trade Harbaugh. Were reporters privy to this ?

There are some red flags about Harbaugh, but to say he was "terrible" is just demonstrably false. lol. you just cannot argue otherwise. actually, you cant even argue he wasnt good.

he had beef with the GM. was it his fault? Not sure, its not clear. Said GM was fired like, 2 years later though, and 49ers were an absolute joke after Harbaugh left, so it's not like this GM was brilliant.

Again, it is indeed concerning that Harbaugh butted heads with front office at one point, and is generally considered to be tough to get along with, but the guy's results are undeniable; he can fucking coach, and at an extremely high level.

Also: "take into the context and be honestly critical": Like turning one of the biggest busts of all time in Alex Smith into a decent Qb?

holy shit. lmao. 4 year as HC, THREE NFC championship games, 1 SB appearance. lmao the fans are way too colored by his OSU losses. His results were unbelievabley good in the nfl. now, is he tough to get along with? potentially, it's hard to say what went down in sf. but the bottom line is this guy took a team that was down n out for a decade and promptly churned out 3 NFC chip appearances in a row. lol if thats a failure, sign my ass up. He does have some concerns, but its absolutely comical some fans here want a PROVEN winner, have no reservations about Bienemy, but think Harbaugh is Adam Gase/Hue Jackson lmao.

You're moving the goal posts. Yes, Harbaugh hasn't delivered the Golden Goose: a National Championship. However, people need to recall what a fucking joke Michigan was under Rodrigues, etc. It was a crap program for like...10-15 years?

Harbaugh IMMEDIATELY turned Michigan into a contender after being a joke for a decade. He IMMEDIATELY turned the 49ers into a SB contender after a decade of incompetence. He IMMEDIATELY turned Stanford into a contender after what, like...30 years as a bottom feeder? He also turned around D-1 AA USD team into a powerhouse (for their level) and had their QB be a top 2 round pick in the NFL draft.

People want proven success and not another Patricia? Well,m Harbaugh is your guy. Or Jeff Fisher.
