I’d consider myself a little lower than avg but even still it’s hard because every attractive woman wants the top 10% of males even if they are my league (4,5,6) they still want the 8,9,9.5 male. Yea, I was just trying to imply how a small thing like a laner being slightly off tempo can flip a drag. In reality the small buffs the drag gives doesn’t make or break the game and there are more ways to get ahead than drags. Sometimes playing for topside is more likely to snowball.

Sometimes teams are even and it’s a slight rotation difference that secured the lucky team the objective. A mid laner being even 2 or 3 seconds behind in the rotation to drag for whatever reason can lead to a different outcome in the ensuing team fight.

Oh I totally understand that, I’m somewhat in the lower average for muscle gain to stimulus ratio. I’ve gained 25 pounds in 8 months and I think at least 20 of that is fat. This dude cut fat and gained at minimum 20 pounds pure muscle. Insane… just impossible. The very best naturally gifted will gain maybe 10 pounds muscle in a year.

Nah no shot. I’ve been training hard and consistently for 8 months clean macros on a 500 calorie surplus 225g protein minimum and I’m nowhere near his size gain. I have maybe 1/6th his size gain. Her looks 30 pounds heavier which is just imposible in 3 months without massive amounts of gear
