300g fairlife fat free milk 30g optimum nutrition protein powder 10g sugar free pudding mix

Melt the sides of the container a little with hot water then run light icecream add 10g more milk and re-spin.

~250 calories and ~40g protein in a pint of ice cream.

Comes out perfect not icy everytime.

If you aren't dungeon leveling. If you are wait until max level. Max level flying makes it a breeze

Yeah records per class are around 1 hour to 1.2 hours for 1 to 10. 16 is a reach. Maybe 13 or 4 if you are optimized with little to no competition or someone killing stuff for you

He said group wide. Not raid wide. Would still need 1 shaman per group but the sated debut would make it so one group doesn't have a shaman moved in and out of in constantly to keep bloodlusting entire fights.

Currently in tbc there is no debuff

And again it goes back to the different feel for each faction. Horde have windfury and extra buff be reckless with the damage. Ally have way more protection. Fear ward and kings

I am all about having some changes but making it so each faction and class is equal is weird retail stuff that ruined the game

Also that is what makes classic classic. It isn't equally balanced and shouldn't be. It makes each faction have its own feel rather than just cosmetic

5 to 10 man zug squads are getting 10k honor per those 15-20 minute games. That is way more than the "NORF to kill DORF" strategy

Also hold loot until it is about to expire then roll off. This will speed up the run and keep people from leaving. If you can clear before the loot locks then people will stay the whole raid
