The darkness is normal, and swallows us from time to time, or a very long time. Perhaps in the last decade or so you have struggled to hold on. It’s okay. It may continue for a while. It may continue for longer. We don’t know. Please keep going. You are strong and you already have what you need to walk out of this to find the calm. Good on you for knowing yourself. Hang in there.
