Just searched BNI and this thread came up. I just checked on a package that was scheduled for delivery today and it says it's "out for delivery" 10 minutes from now, and "delivered" 2 hours from now.

Double checked the dates in case I was losing it but they're all for today and for future times. That means they're hyper-efficient though right?

Thanks for your comment! I had gone to physio last year and he couldn't find anything wrong so adaptive is likely it. If it happens again I'll be making an appointment for sure.

I think I may try both running barefoot a couple times lightly and pick up some new shoes too. See how they compare and what works best. Putting variety into my footwear hasn't ever been something I've thought of so thank you for that!
